Doug Robison, Founder and Executive Chairman of Natura Resources, will headline the 2026 Fort Bend Infrastructure Conference on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Safari Texas Ranch in Richmond, bringing a timely conversation about advanced nuclear energy and the future of Texas infrastructure to Fort Bend County.
As Fort Bend County experiences rapid population and business growth, reliable energy infrastructure has become increasingly important to long-term economic competitiveness. Robison’s keynote will place energy at the center of that conversation, giving business, government, engineering and development leaders an opportunity to hear directly from the leader of Natura Resources about emerging nuclear technology and its potential role in meeting the state’s future energy needs.
The Fort Bend Regional Partnership, in collaboration with the Central Fort Bend Chamber, will host the conference, presented by BGE, Inc. The annual event brings together leaders from across the region to examine the infrastructure investments needed to support Fort Bend County’s continued growth, including transportation, utilities, water, workforce and energy.
In addition to Robison’s keynote address, the conference will feature a full day of presentations, panel discussions, networking and exhibitor visits. Topics include:
- Infrastructure in Motion: Transportation & Mobility — A look at current and future transportation projects improving connectivity throughout Fort Bend County.
- Water for a Growing Population: Infrastructure Opportunities and Challenges — A discussion on municipal utility districts, development financing and policies supporting responsible growth.
- Water Under Pressure: Keeping Up with Growth — Industry and municipal leaders examine the challenge of meeting increasing water demand while planning for long-term sustainability.
- Data Center Power: Myths, Facts and the Fine Print — Experts explore the critical role energy infrastructure and data centers play in supporting economic growth, business investment and long-term regional competitiveness.
Corporate Sponsorships begin at $1,500 and include a reserved luncheon table for eight, eight conference registrations, exhibitor booth space and recognition in conference marketing materials. Individual conference registration is $125. Exhibitor booths are also available for $500.
